These Affiliate Terms explain how referral credits work in Pulsar. Referral credits are platform credits only, not payouts. They can only be used for eligible Pulsar products and subscriptions.
These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the Pulsar affiliate program. By enrolling in the affiliate program, you agree to these terms and the Pulsar Terms of Service.
If there is any conflict between these Affiliate Terms and other promotional materials, these Affiliate Terms control.
You must have an active Pulsar account in good standing to participate.
Pulsar may approve, reject, pause, or remove affiliate enrollment at its discretion, including for abuse, fraud risk, policy violations, or legal requirements.
A referral is considered qualified only when Pulsar determines all program requirements are satisfied, including valid referral attribution and an eligible paid monthly subscription event.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent sign-ups, spam and any manipulated attribution are not qualified referrals.
Qualified referrals may generate affiliate credits in your workspace billing ledger according to the program amount shown in-product.
Affiliate credits are promotional billing credits only.
- Affiliate credits have no cash value.
- Affiliate credits are non-transferable and non-assignable.
- Affiliate credits cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or paid out in fiat, crypto, or any other currency.
- Affiliate credits may only be used toward eligible Pulsar products and subscription charges.
- Affiliate credits cannot be used outside Pulsar products and services.
Credits are applied according to Pulsar billing logic and may be capped per invoice, plan, period, or program rules.
Credits do not create a negative invoice or payout obligation. If credits exceed an invoice amount, remaining credits stay on account subject to program rules.
Pulsar may reverse, void, or adjust affiliate credits for chargebacks, refunds, disputed payments, fraud, abuse, policy breaches, qualification errors, or accounting corrections.
Pulsar decisions regarding referral attribution, qualification and credit adjustments are final unless required otherwise by law.
Pulsar may modify, pause, or discontinue the affiliate program, including credit amounts, qualification rules, or feature availability, at any time.
Upon account suspension or termination, Pulsar may suspend or remove unused affiliate credits where permitted by law and program policy.
These Affiliate Terms are incorporated into and governed by the Pulsar Terms of Service, including limitations of liability, disclaimers and dispute provisions.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable marketing, advertising, privacy, tax and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.
